The mission of the Tulsa Rowing Club Juniors team is to provide a supportive and competitive learning environment for the sport of crew. Our program offers young athletes from the Tulsa area the opportunity to race crew shells against other teams in the region. Tulsa Juniors Rowing emphasizes a team-oriented approach to practices and to competition. The values of teamwork, dedication and commitment are reinforced and incorporated into each training session and every race.

The goals of Tulsa Juniors Rowing include to:

• Establish Tulsa, Oklahoma as the home of one of the best junior rowing programs in the country.
   

• Create a scholarship fund to support disadvantaged students and provide them with an opportunity that they could not otherwise afford.
   

• Provide a competitive program that will put members of the TRC Juniors in good standing for rowing scholarships at competitive colleges and universities.
   

• Fund a racing schedule that allows TRC Juniors student athletes to travel across the country and around the world to the most competitive regattas.
   

• Develop potential athletes for the U.S. Junior National Rowing Team
